Judith Everitt and Peter Chatteris are a match made in Heaven. They are partners in life and in business. Because of this, Jude and Pete are better able to understand the dynamics surrounding the Real estate industry. When couples or families are dealing with a single agent, it can sometimes be difficult for both partners to relate to the agent. Judith Everitt is one of the stars of the Eastern Bays area. This is evident in her consistent success and continued Elite status. Due to her wealth of experience, Judith has exceptional professionalism, people-skills and compassion. This is crucial when marketing your property and negotiating the sale. Judith has a solid personal history of investing in properties around the Eastern Suburbs. Therefore she fully understands the delicate emotional process of buying and selling your home.

Judith was born into the St Heliers community and retains a keen interest in the local area. She is involved with various community groups and attends St Heliers Church.


Judith personifies the old fashioned family values of trust, integrity and respect. With a sense of humour, unwavering faith and relaxed approach, Judith relieves the stress around real estate transactions.


Judith has a Masters degree with honours in Geography. She has an in-depth understanding surrounding the procedures of local and regional authorities. This helps to streamline red tape and smooth out certain issues.


At the beginning of 2019, Judith teamed up with Peter Chatteris to form a dedicated, professional and caring team. As a grounded and objective couple they use their expertise and life skills to assist people during their real estate journey. This includes caring for their clients long after the sale is made

Peter Chatteris is a St Heliers native, having grown up and lived in the area for most of his life.  His family were amongst the earliest members of the St Heliers community. This strong local knowledge is extremely important when working with customers and clients.


Peter comes to Maguires One Team after 16 years as a music education specialist in local primary and secondary schools. Peter is a winner of multiple public speaking titles, a sought after speech coach and served on the executive of multiple Toastmaster groups. Appearances on TV, Radio Talk Back and written media have helped to hone a unique and incredibly strong set of communication skills.


Along with his partner, Judith Everitt, Peter is a life time member of St Heliers Church, serving on various committees, music teams and community groups. Peter founded a group helping men to open up about mental health issues. He is also a rugby player for College Rifles over 35’s team.


Peter has strong negotiation and sales skills honed through involvement with his own business ventures. His calm approach to pressure situations has been proven in both business and education. He does not compromise on integrity under any circumstance.


Ray White Elite member Judith Everitt, and Peter Chatteris have joined to offer an extremely capable, experienced team. Vicky brings excitement and enthusiasm to the Ray White office.

She is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of her clients.


Vicky has life long passion for people and property along with a focus on exceptional customer service. Her strong communication skills add to her ability in forming effective working relationships with clients.


Vicky has a degree in Psychology from Auckland University and has worked in information technology for the fixed income trading sector in London. She has also trained in nutrition and natural medicine at SPCNT and is the proud mum of two young boys.


Vicky's involvement with the community often revolves around the sports field. This adds to her local knowledge and community news. It is vital to our team that every member is involved with the community and Vicky is certainly no exception.


Vicky has built a solid knowledge base on the procedures of real estate transactions. Her efficiency ensures that all our clients are kept informed throughout the sales and purchase processes.


Vicky has a lovely manner on the phone and is always willing to go the extra mile for our clients. Vicky, like the rest of our team believes strongly in the values, integrity and work ethics of JEPC. She is enjoying the excitement and challenges that her role in the team brings. 

Kim Thompson

Kim is an extremely successful and experienced agent in her own right. With over 14 years experience in residential sales, she fully understands the ever changing market conditions. 

Kim left her native South Africa and arrived in NZ January 2017. After 2 years with Harcourts Real Estate Kim moved to Ray White St Heliers. She is proud to be aligned with Ray White Maguire's One Team and JEPC with their efficient systems and processes.

Kim's core values are passion and professionalism. She personifies service and reliability, with a commitment to integrity of the highest order.

Kim has proven strong negotiating skills and a vast knowledge of real estate marketing. Her campaign organisation and implementation have been at the core of her success over many years in sales. Clients are put first at all stages of a campaign, with listening to their needs and dreams an exceptionally important part of the process.

Kim's clients are extremely loyal to her and it's no secret why. In todays world empathy and a true sense of care is often found lacking. Kim Thompson proves that these attributes are essential for a strong relationship with clients and customers.
